Refund & Return Policy

What customers are required to do:

If your item(s) arrive damaged from a shipping carrier, please take a picture and email us at contact@hybirdtime.com

From there we will investigate the damges and new parts will be sent accordingly

Under what circumstances you offer returns and refunds

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Refunds will be sent after return has been evaluated.

Timeframe in which we accept returns

We accept returns up to 7 days after delivery. All custom items are not eligable for a return.

If your item has been opened and or rode with wear and tear, it will not be eligible for a return

When customers can expect a refund

Refund will be sent once we have inspected and received the item back. Return time is 3-5 business days depending on your account.
